Collected data from the sensors for parts failure, generated automated tickets (incidents) for engineering service for predictive maintenance, automated generation of return material order or new purchase order based on parts warranty, delivery of parts at customer location for subcontractor for maintenance, generated automated service work orders for sub-contractor, automated update in ERP of service completion with labor and time spent, automatically generating service purchase order for subcontractor payment.
  • Digitized entire process for preventive maintenance. Based on condition of equipment and sensor data information, automatically generated service work order for service technician, delivered parts to service technician, proof of work completion delivery, generated service purchase order for automated payments to service technician.
  • Designed, implemented and automated, Plan for every part (PFEP) lean and Kanban process to supply on time materials to the production process in order to fulfill customer orders. Disperse PFEP and Kanban systems drove the process to materials shortages for some items and overflows for other items. Materials shortage and Materials overflow caused lack of orders completions. Fulfilment rate was low due to the lack of Production/Work Order completions. The integration and automation of Kanban, RF Solution and PFEP systems brought the solution to automate the Supply Chain process, bringing down materials overflow.
  • Analyzed freight cost (inbound and outbound) and brought savings of $2 million per year by optimizing, consolidating, and digitization sales and purchase order processes.
  • Automated freight update process from 3rd party freight forwarder to clients ERP system (update charges to customer order as well as generated service purchase order to pay to freight forwarder) which brought in additional savings of $1.2 million and internally reduced manual labor and manual data entry errors.
  • Designed, configured , developed, and digitized complex sales commission module for large insurance company which helped client in streamlining.
  • Designed, configured, developed and automated, Available to Promise (ATP) process which helped customer service resources to provide better inventory levels and delivery dates.
  • Digitized and automated warranty business process for discrete product manufacturer which helped with better customer service and easy claims processing.
  • Enhanced existing product configurator process and software which helped sales and customer service users to configure order in 5 minutes instead of 45 minutes previously.
